Grayhawk Legend Trail and both include approximately 640 acres of natural areas for your enjoyment and preservation of local fauna, and both emphasize the resort life. Troon North is “casual but elegant.” All three communities are big clubs with all the amenities you would expect.
Desert Mountain offers five golf courses, and looking down in Scottsdale can not be beaten. This community has materials available land and a number of predefined quality homes. Come for the golf, stay for the sunset.Resort is a home located on the northern slope of Pinnacle Peak. This luxury community offers custom home sites, and a number of high quality accommodation. The views of the desert is something to live on the station.
DC Ranch offers a choice of the community with a variety of neighborhoods by passing the mixture into the landscape. Another place of great altitude, with spectacular views. Homes here range from high-end but affordable luxury homes total. Some lots are still available on request.
aviano at desert ridge is another quality development with a community center, fitness center, pool, etc. Spanish architecture influenced by Toll Brothers makes this community unique.
